Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Mindzy Auto Mods, every product is carefully selected and quality-checked before dispatch. We strongly believe in transparency and authenticity — all products shown are real images of actual parts, not rendered visuals.

1. All Sales Are Final

All sales made at Mindzy Auto Mods are final. We do not offer cancellations, returns, or refunds once an order has been confirmed and processed.

2. Exchange / Return (Only in Rare Cases)

We accept exchange or return requests only in select situations, such as:

• If an incorrect item is received
• If a defective or damaged item is received (rare cases)

To be eligible:

• A clear unboxing video is mandatory (from sealed package to product)
• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• The product must be unused and in original condition

Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

3. Non-Eligible Cases

Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect product selection by the customer
• Minor cosmetic variations inherent to aftermarket products
• Products ordered against specific requirements or imports

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

If a return is approved after verification:

• Replacement will be prioritised wherever possible
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

5. Shipping Responsibility

In approved cases, return shipping will be communicated and handled as per the situation after verification.
